The future's already here. Future Stars is an annual campaign honoring the world’s best young footballers. Future Stars have gone on to win league titles, team of the season honours, and even hoist international trophies, so each Special Player Item represents a footballer’s induction into an elite class of the brightest prospects in the game.

For the class of EA SPORTS FC 24 'Future Stars', we set out to hero the expressiveness and unique personalities of the best young footballers who aren't waiting to put their stamp on The World's Game. The National Women's Soccer League (NWSL)'s Trinity Rodman leads our first-ever Future Stars class of women footballers in Ultimate Team along the likes of Selma Bacha, Lauren James, Salma Paralluelo, Naomi Girma, and many others. Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund's Youssoufa Moukoko headlines the Future Stars class of male footballers alongside the likes of Arda Güler, Cole Palmer, Warren Zaïre-Emery, and others.

From lifestyle photoshoots composited on a 'futurescape' backdrop (BTS here) to profiles in GQ (On The Road with Trinity Rodman), we celebrated the next generation's greatest talents by showing who they are both on and off the pitch. 

For FIFA 23, we created an animated film that played up each respective Future Star’s on-pitch strengths and personality in the stadiums across Europe where they’re already shining, imagining these elite young footballers ‘going Future Mode’ and unlocking their full potential in both Ultimate Team and the not-so-distant future.

From Manchester City’s World Cup-winning forward Julián Álvarez to Borussia Dortmund’s German wunderkind Karim Adeyemi to Paris Saint-Germain’s Portuguese midfield maestro Vitinha to many other phenoms on the rise.
