To help launch Nike Football's Spring 15 collection me and a small team at AKQA partnered with Swanson studios in Portland Or to travel to remote locations around the state and capture surreal states of training during the roughest part of the season. During the off season conditions at all hemispheres of the world are at their toughest. Cold and rainy seasons are easy excuses for athletes to hang their boots until the time come again. But for the relentless to shine through they must continue their efforts throughout these ruthless conditions. This set of photos is meant to showcase the efforts of the determined footballer.
